# Can I choose a custom amount of time for in-app time reminder?

Yes! When opening an app with the in-app time reminder active, you’ll be prompted to choose your session length.

Tap the **down arrow** to enter a custom time (e.g., “20min”), then select the “**Use**” button to open the app.
